Ask a Question
What documents do I need for my tax return?

The exact list depends on your situation. Common items include income slips, RRSP receipts, tuition or medical records, rental or self-employment records and details of eligible expenses. RPK will provide a tailored checklist.

How does virtual tax filing work?

After the initial discussion, you receive instructions for sharing your documents. RPK prepares the return, reviews the result with you, collects the required authorization and files after your approval.

How long will my return take?

Timing depends on complexity, completeness and filing volume. Once your documents are reviewed, RPK will confirm the expected turnaround and let you know promptly if anything else is needed.

How is my information handled?

RPK uses a controlled document workflow and shares file-specific instructions when your engagement begins. Avoid sending sensitive identification or banking information through ordinary email unless you have been specifically instructed to do so.

Can you help with CRA letters or previous-year returns?

Yes, support may be available for CRA correspondence, notices, adjustments and unfiled prior years. Share the relevant dates and documents so the required scope can be reviewed first.
